Unfortunately, Glam Hair Solutions is not responsible for incorrect measurements, variances in color caused by monitor settings and/or if your unit does not fit you.
If you are insure about the color chart, you can order a Glam Hair Solutions color ring or visit your local beauty store or hair salon to assist you in selecting the correct color for your unit.

We're so confident that you will be pleased with Glam Hair Solutions stock lace wigs and Hair Extensions that we offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee on every stock lace wig and hair extensions we sell. ALL wigs, hair extensions and products are inspected before leaving the warehouse, and must meet high Quality Assurance standards. We hope that you enjoy your purchase, and want your shopping experience with us to be pleasant.
Glam Hair Solutions does not offer refunds, only store credit. However, you do have seven (7) business days to exchange your stock lace wig and/or hair extensions.
All Glam Hair Solutions' products are not refundable for any reason. Glam Hair Solutions strives to ensure the highest customer satisfaction and allows a one time exchange.
To initiate your one time exchange, please email us your order information requesting a return form below to mail back with your unit. DO NOT remove the excess lace from the wig, brush, comb or alter the wig in any way.
The wig must be returned in it's original condition with packaging including tags and wig bag.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these terms as specified.
Glam Hair Soltions Store Credit:
Store Credits Credits are issued as store credit only. Store credit is valid for the purchase of any product(s) on Glam Hair Solutions. We do not issue any cash, check, or credit card refunds. Store credits expire 6 months from date issued.
NOTE: IF THE EXCESS LACE OF A WIG HAS BEEN REMOVED OR THE WIG HAS BEEN STYLED, CUT, COLORED, HIGHLIGHTED, OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY, THE WIG MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
STOCK WIGS REFUND POLICY: During the first 7 days, if you are unhappy with your stock lace wig for any reason, simply let us know and we'll replace your wig to ensure your satisfaction. You can even exchange it for a different hair style and length for an exchange of equal value, one time only for an additional exchange fee of $50.00. If you exchange a wig for greater value you will have to pay the difference plus the additional $50.00 exchange fee. If you exchange a wig for lesser value, your difference will be issued as store credit (Store credits expire 6 months from date issued). You will also pay shipping and handling for the replacement lace wig. All we ask is that you fill out our return order form and include it with the returned merchandise. [return to top]
REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN:
• NO application of glue or has been applied to the wig; any glue or tape residue will be rejected.
• It is within the first 7 days of receiving your lace wig.

* In the original packaging with original tags.
* The unit is unworn and has not been altered in any shape or form.
• The excess lace in the front of the wig has not been removed or cut in any way,shape, or form.

REFUND PROCESS: All stock wigs/hair extensions returned must include a completed copy of our Return Order Form. In order to complete a return you must obtain a ROA number; all returns must be pre authorized. Any items returned without a ROA number will not be accepted. In order to obtain a ROA number you must e-mail return@glamhairsolutions.com within 7 days or less of receipt of your item. Once ROA has been authorized you may fill out a copy of our return order and include it with your merchandise. [return to top]
RESTOCKING FEE: All stock wigs/hair extensions returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the total purchase price. [return to top]
*IMPORTANT*: We will NOT process any return package without the Return Order Form and Issued RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number! We will issue a refund as store credit or exchange for item cost ONLY when a return authorization has been requested within ten (7) days of your receipt of merchandise. Upon return approval, we will e-mail you with a issued store credit coupon code that you may use towards any item(s) available in our store. All Refunds will be issued by either an exchange towards another lace front wig, or store credit that expires within 6 months.
You must email us with your order number requesting an RMA. Glam Hair Solutions will email you back a return form as well as instructions on how to properly return your unit. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive an RMA

Due to the specialty of the item, all sales are final on ALL custom lace wigs. We do not accept delivery of returned products. They will be returned unopened a sender’s expense.
Custom lace wigs can be exchanged for any reason within 3 days of your receipt of merchandise, one time only for $200.00. The unit must meet all of the requirements of return. If you exchange a wig for greater value you will have to pay the difference plus the additional $200.00 exchange fee. If you exchange a wig for lesser value, your difference will be issued as store credit (Store credits expire 6 months from date issued). You will also pay shipping and handling for the replacement lace wig.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations for custom wig orders will be charged a 35% cancellation fee if not canceled between 24 hours. All other returns/exchanges must be approved and agreed upon by email at Exchange@glamhairsolutions.com, before packages are accepted or will otherwise be denied at the owners expense. Returned packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and must be returned in the original condition. Product must be in the original packaging with all netting and tags in place. We will not accept merchandise that has been altered / worn (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way.

We do not process or ship orders out on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, except by prior arrangement. Items in stock will ship within 24-48 hours of payment or 2-3 business days, unless we need further verification from the customer to process the order. Custom orders take 5 to 6 weeks. Rush orders will take 3 to 4 weeks. Durations depends on the options you have selected for your unit. Options with density above "NORMAL" hair density, Invisible knots aka Silk top, or any special or unique options will prolong the duration of your unit.
Shipping charges are based on the weight & value of your items ordered. Shipping costs increase when you order more items, heavier items, and the further away from California you are located. Shipping costs also include shipping insurance (packages are insured up to the value of the package) and a nominal packaging/handling fee. Once you place your order, our online software will automatically calculate your exact shipping charges based upon your address and the weight of the items you purchased. SHIPPING METHODS:
*Please note that business days are Monday-Friday. Packages are shipped and delivered on business days. Therefore, if you choose overnight shipping on a Friday and your order is received before 3pm CT, your package will be delivered on Monday, the next business day. Some accessories (e..g, liquid adhesives) are restricted to Ground/Home Delivery shipping. If you are purchasing items that are restricted to Ground/Home Delivery, the full contents of your package will ship via this method. You can always break up your order by placing a separate order for items you wish to Express ship.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We currently ship all orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We reserve the right to ship any order including expedited orders (i.e., next day air and 2-day shipping options) through different carriers. We reserve the right to use any other shipping or freight carrier. We may use the following carriers to ship expedited orders: USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. However, if any order is being sent to a P.O. Box or an APO or FPO address, it cannot be sent via UPS, DHL, or FedEx and will be shipped with USPS. We are not responsible for delays or mis-shipments when a P.O. Box address is used. Federal Express does not deliver to APO/FPO or PO Boxes. In order to give you the best delivery rate, some items may ship separately. Packages over $200.00 require signature confirmation. Other packages may require signature confirmation if there has been a delay in payment processing due to multiple addresses, or different shipping and billing address information. [return to top]
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Products are shipped INTERNATIONAL in confidential packaging. The current international carriers are DHL, United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx International Priority or FedEx International Economy . We reserve the right to use any other shipping or freight carrier. The order processing time may be extended for credit card authorization. Orders should reach your country within 5-10 business days; however, your customs office and local postal delivery may delay the actual delivery time and Hpnotik Lace Wigs has no control over these conditions. LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES:
All purchases will be insured upon shipping. If your item is lost in transit (the carrier lost it before delivering to you), it will be replaced once a claim is placed with the carrier. However, If a package is undeliverable/returned to Seller because of an invalid/incorrect address supplied by the Buyer it will be the Buyers responsibility to pay to have the items re-shipped. Customers should note that once we assign the package to our carriers, the package becomes the carrier's responsibility and out of the control of Glam Hair Solutions assumes no responsibility for delays or lost orders. For packages that require a signature for delivery, customers are responsible for arranging a pick up with the carrier in the event they cannot sign during delivery times. [return to top]
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation number to track your package (when available). However, the carrier may take up to 48 hours or longer to register your tracking information in their system so the package may already be in transit before you can trace it. [return to top]
The shipping and handling charge which is applied to your order is only an estimate. If the estimate does not cover the shipping cost or the correct shipping cost was not applied at checkout, you will be asked to approve charges for the shipping cost before we ship the order.
